1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furnishings and decor, including single-person sofas, floor lamps, and small blankets.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Color & Material Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitor settings and lighting, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from product images. Natural variations in materials (fabric dye lots, wood grain) are not considered defects .

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for proper assembly, installation, and use of all products .

  • Single-Person Sofas:

    • Follow all assembly instructions carefully. Some assembly may require two people.

    • Place on level, stable surfaces.

    • Do not exceed weight capacity.

    • Do not stand on furniture.

  • Floor Lamps:

    • Ensure lamp is placed on a stable, level surface away from foot traffic.

    • Do not exceed maximum wattage specified for the lamp.

    • Keep flammable materials (curtains, blankets) away from bulbs.

    • Use only bulbs recommended for the fixture.

    • Check cord and plug regularly for damage.

  • Small Blankets:

    • Keep away from open flames and high heat sources.

    • Follow care instructions to prevent damage or shrinkage.

    • Not intended for use by very young children without supervision (suffocation risk).

3. Textile & Flammability Standards
Our blankets and upholstered furniture comply with applicable U.S. safety standards, including:

  • 16 CFR Part 1610 (flammability standards for clothing textiles) 

  • Applicable standards for bedding and upholstered furniture

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from improper assembly, failure to follow safety guidelines, electrical issues from improper lamp use, or accidents.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the seller is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
