4. Delivery Process for Freight Items

Inspection is critical: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you have concerns about condition or packaging, note the issue on the delivery paperwork provided by the driver, sign and accept your order, and contact us for assistance .
5. Shipping Damages & Claims

Visible Damage: Note on delivery receipt and contact us immediately with photos .

Concealed Damage: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and all packaging.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Made-to-order items may have a 48-hour grace period before production begins .
