Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the size, nature, and assembly requirements of our products, please review this policy carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, and unassembled condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals intact .
2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

Assembled or Used Items: Any single-person sofa, floor lamp, or small blanket that has been assembled, used, or shows any signs of wear .

Custom or Special Order Items: Furniture ordered in specific fabrics, finishes, or configurations .

Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is" .

Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or accidents.
3. Return Process & Fees

To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted .

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all protective materials, hardware, and instructions.

Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For large items like single-person sofas, these costs can be significant. We recommend a trackable, insured service .

Restocking Fee: A 15-20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for accepted returns of large items (sofas, lamps) to cover processing and inspection .

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return . Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, we recommend returning your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item .
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery . Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement part, full replacement, or refund as appropriate.
6. Made-to-Order Items
Some of our single-person sofas may be made-to-order. These items are final sale once production has begun. A 48-hour grace period may apply for cancellations before production starts .
